Whole Home Video provides a short-form video geared towards use on social media. It is intended to be a highlight reel, and not a full home tour. We do still create the traditional, MLS-style home tour videos upon request. Reach out for samples. They are shot in landscape orientation, approx. 2-3min long.
Travel fee applied to properties 50min+ from Breinigsville, PA.
All photo & video packages are priced to document a property as is.
We kindly ask that the Homeowner/Realtor generally prepare the home for photo/video documentation before the photographer arrives. Photographer may certainly make adjustments while in the home to create the best photo/video content possible, but professionally staged images are not included in these packages.
However, use of Drone is included in all of our property photo & video packages.
We believe that Drone is necessary to accurately document and present a listing.
Content Licensing Information:
By placing an order with us, you are granted a Limited Use License for all Photo & Video content we share with you. The Photographer always retains copyright ownership of all content created on-site, but the Client is given authority to use our Photos & Videos for marketing of the property. Uses include listing on all MLS services, email marketing, personal/business websites, all social media platforms, and print marketing in the form of flyers and/or house brochures. The Client does not have the right to print our Photos for any other use outside of direct marketing related to the home. Client does not have the right to manufacture, reproduce, or directly profit off the sale of our Photo & Video content. Client does not have the right to alter our Video content without explicit written permission in the form of text or email; to alter includes changing the speed, the audio, or color of the video. Client may trim/shorten the final video for use on social media, and/or cut the video into segments for story posting. Client may alter Photo in the form of cropping and/or saturation adjustments, though it is highly encouraged & appreciated if you contact us for any serious alterations.
